Improving the penitentiary and probation system is one of the Government’s priorities. Although a number of actions have been taken in this direction in recent years, from improving building conditions to expanding the possibilities of educational programs, there are still a number of problems related to salaries, working conditions, and social guarantees.
To what extent have the problems addressed by the previous strategy been solved?
The new strategy of 2023-2026 also addresses these problems. What’s envisaged to be implemented?
