Representatives of state structures and specialists discussed the existing problems related to the protection of the civilian population in Yerevan, in other cities of the Republic of Armenia, in particular, the shelters, the ways of their solution.

According to experts, in order to resolve the issue, there is a need for legislative changes in the Law on Civil Protection.
