During the press conference, the proposals of the Center for Human Rights Research on the mechanisms of constitutional guarantees and human rights will be presented, which were summarized in the proposals on the amendments to the RA Constitution prepared by the organization.
The purpose of initiating the press conference is to promote the legal basis of the process of amending the Constitution, to launch a more active and substantive discussion on the constitutional norms and guarantees of human rights.
